Therefore, please allow us up to 2 weeks to Produce, Cure, Package and Ship your Candle. If RUSH Shipping is needed, There IS an additional $10 charge at Checkout. Orders will be shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail ( U.S.P.S.). Special Shipping Methods for BULK Orders may take an additional 1-2 business days due to additional packaging and processing. Multiple box shipments will sometimes arrive a day or two apart, please allow ample time for your shipment to arrive before sending a Email about Missing Products. Tracking Information is sent about each order via Email. Candle Appearance Candle Masters Candles are made using 100% Natural Soy Wax. For us this is an Art, NOT a Science. There will be imperfections in appearance, and this is totally Normal and Natural for Soy Wax Candles. You may see bubbles, rough-looking surface areas, tiny ribs, surface cracks, and others. This is normal for the candles that we make and the All-Natural Materials we use, which are Natural and not Petroleum-Based, such as Paraffin. There may also be rough edges, or what appear as small chips to edges; again, normal for this type of product. Bottoms of Pillar Candles may be slightly concave, but the Candles will still stand straight and not be any kind of danger. Only Candles Received broken will be replaced after we receive the broken item needing replaced. Please inspect all received Candles for Damage, and Report To Carrier Immediately, then send your Damage Claim straight to Sales@candlemasters.net We recommend burning all Candles in a Container, even shallow dishes, to catch all possible drippings. NEVER LEAVE A CANDLE BURNING UNATTENDED,AND NEVER BURN ONE FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS AT A TIME. Typographic, Photographic and Technical Errors We do our best to maintain accuracy in our price lists, sale flyers, web pages and telephone quotes but occasionally mistakes do occur. We are not responsible for any typographical, photographic, or technical errors. Color Variations Due to the differences in Monitors & Printers, the actual Color you receive may not be an EXACT MATCH to the Color Chart we have on display. Colors may also slightly differ from Printed Materials. Every effort is made to produce a product that is as Close to a Perfect Match as Possible.
